Rights concerns
Identify the material, explain your connection to it, and provide the exact Humanize Image URL involved. Do not email identity documents unless requested securely.
Editorial corrections
Send the guide URL, the passage in question, and a reliable source for the correction. Platform specifications change and useful updates are welcome.
Before contacting support
If an upload fails, confirm that the file is one of the formats listed in the uploader and remains below the displayed size limit. Refresh the page, check the server status indicator, and try a single file before retrying a batch. Browser extensions that block scripts or cross-origin requests can also interfere with processing.

What not to send by email
Please do not include passwords, API tokens, payment-card details, government identification, medical records, or confidential source images in an initial message. A description, filename, timestamp, and screenshot of the interface are usually enough to begin investigating a technical issue.
Advertising and business questions
Use the subject “Business inquiry” for advertising, infrastructure, or partnership proposals. Humanize Image does not accept paid editorial placement or undisclosed sponsored links in its guide library.
