Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 29, 2026
Humanize Image (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use humanizeimage.com and our image processing service (the “Service”), how we use it, and your choices.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Images you upload
When you use the Service, you voluntarily upload image files. These files are transmitted to our servers for processing. We do not require an account to upload.
1.2 Technical data
We and our infrastructure and analytics providers may automatically receive IP addresses, browser and device information, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, request timestamps, and diagnostic data. Cloudflare processes network data for delivery, security, performance, and abuse prevention. Google Analytics helps us understand aggregated site usage.
1.3 Local storage
The Service may store processing preferences (such as slider settings) in your browser’s local storage so your choices persist between visits. This data stays on your device unless you clear it.
1.4 Advertising data
We use Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers to deliver, measure, limit, and report advertising. Depending on your location, consent choices, and Google’s configuration, ads may be personalised, non-personalised, or limited.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
Process your uploaded images and return prepared outputs; operate, secure, and improve the Service; understand how pages and features are used; diagnose errors and prevent abuse; support advertising; respond to requests; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your uploads to train machine learning models or sell your images to third parties.
3. Image Retention & Deletion
Uploaded and processed images are kept only as long as needed to complete your request and a short operational window for troubleshooting. They are deleted from processing servers afterward. Do not use the Service to store files long-term.
4. Sharing & Processors
We use service providers that help operate the Service, including hosting, content delivery, security, GPU processing, analytics, and advertising providers. These currently include Cloudflare for content delivery and security and Google for Analytics and AdSense. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy obligations or on our instructions, depending on their role.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, to protect rights, safety, and security, or in connection with a business reorganisation. We do not sell uploaded images.
5. Cookies & Analytics
Cloudflare may use essential cookies or similar technologies for security and delivery. Google Analytics may use cookies or related identifiers to measure visits, engagement, device categories, and traffic sources. Google AdSense and advertising partners may place or read cookies, use web beacons, or process IP addresses and other identifiers for ad delivery, fraud prevention, frequency control, measurement, and personalisation where permitted.
Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can manage advertising personalisation through Google Ad Settings and can delete or block cookies through your browser. Blocking storage may affect site measurement or advertising but does not prevent use of the image-processing tool.
Where applicable law requires consent, Google advertising and analytics storage should remain restricted until a valid consent signal is available. Consent requirements and available controls vary by region.
6. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, and industry-standard practices to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, where privacy laws may differ. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers where permitted by law.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data; object to or opt out of certain processing; withdraw consent; or request data portability. Contact us to exercise applicable rights. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Residents of US states with applicable privacy laws may have additional rights, including rights concerning targeted advertising.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us so we can delete it.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
11. Contact
Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to support@humanizeimage.com or through our Contact page. Please use the subject “Privacy request” and do not send identity documents unless requested through a secure method.
